Ingredients

Meats
  • 8 oz salami slices
  • 8 oz pepperoni slices
  • 6 oz sliced turkey breast
Cheeses
  • 8 oz white cheddar cubes
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls
  • 6 oz Monterey Jack slices
Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
Extras
  • 1 cup white yogurt-covered pretzels
  • 1 cup white chocolate-covered almonds
  • 1 Assorted crackers
  • 1 Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Method

Set up the board
  1. Place small bowls of blueberries and white yogurt-covered pretzels on the board so the red, white, and blue items are easy to grab.
  2. Fold salami slices and pepperoni slices into decorative rosettes, then place the rosettes on the board as the centerpiece.
Build the cheese and fruit sections
  1. Arrange white cheddar cubes, mozzarella pearls, and Monterey Jack slices around the meats, leaving small gaps for fruit and snacks.
  2. Fill empty spaces with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries to create alternating red and blue clusters across the board.
Finish with crackers, almonds, and garnish
  1. Add Assorted crackers throughout the board so there are multiple vehicles for meats and cheese.
  2. Scatter white chocolate-covered almonds between sections to add crunchy pops of white throughout the spread.
  3. Garnish with Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish right before serving for a fresh, fragrant finish.
  4. Serve immediately so cheeses stay at their best texture and fruit looks vibrant.

Notes

For the cleanest look, chill cheeses and meats until ready, then assemble within 30 minutes so the mozzarella pearls and cheddar cubes stay firm. Refrigerate leftover board items separately in sealed containers up to 2 days (fruit may soften). Freezing is not recommended for this assembled board. If you want a lighter option, use reduced-fat cheese or a smaller portion of the yogurt-covered pretzels while keeping the same layout.
