Assemble the sliders
- Heat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab horizontally.
- Place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
- Spread the cut side of the bottom half with mayonnaise.
- Layer on the ham and Swiss cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
Make the topping
- Melt the butter in a small bowl.
- Whisk in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion powder.
Bake the sliders
- Brush the topping evenly over the rolls and cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For even coverage, brush the topping over the rolls before covering the dish. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days; freeze for up to 2 months. For a lower-sodium variation, choose reduced-sodium deli ham and Swiss cheese.
